    Content Purchase and Social Still Not Available


    I waited all of yesterday for my gaming and social to go live so I can finally play BF4 Naval ****. I went to bed frustrated but assumed that come tomorrow whatever was wrong with it would be fixed because Microsoft is fairly reliable. I checked out the
    status on xbox/status and it said it was all good, but my console isn't reflecting that, it just spins and spins and then tells me I'm having trouble connecting. I'm irritated, how do I fix this?

    When it comes up with an odd pricing like that, it's because the content is no longer available for purchase in the marketplace. Since some games still give you the option to purchase the content it will take you to the marketplace to purchase the content.
    They use the odd prices to keep you from being able to actually purchase something that's not available.

    The points will be converted into currency that will be available to you to purchase content from Xbox Live.

    I'm not to sure about the Shark Cards, but if you need to buy them from the Rockstar Social Club, then you won't be able to use it.

    Did you try to do a hard reset? That seems to always work when I have issues.

    Try a power cycle, as suggested.

    I am having similar issues with my One, but I was also having issues with 360 which went away in the past ten minutes, so there's hope that it's a slight niggle with the service which is going away.

    So do that power cycle and see if it helps at all:
    support.xbox.com/.../power-cycle-console

    The content is no longer available for purchase in the marketplace. The prices come up that way because the content is still listed in the game, so they set the prices like that to make it impossible to purchase something that isn't available.
