    Content purchase and download issues


    I purchased destiny two dlcs, pre ordered the $100 witch queen deluxe and thirtieth anniversary pack, and the beyond light pack on pc a while ago. I loaded up destiny two on my Xbox now and I no longer have these dlcs available even though it’s cross play. I’m very confused and don’t want to repurchase anything for Xbox

    I’m able to buy and download games but I’m not getting the option to install my games. When I go to the manage screen, I keep getting a message that says “we’re having trouble finding your stuff”. I’m not given the option to install or uninstall the games.

    Hi Avery, I hope you're doing great despite the issue you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Just a friendly reminder though that the DLC for the game on Xbox and PC are different because the licenses for both games are also different for both platform, it's not an Xbox Play Anywhere game which means that you will need to re-purchase the DLC on Xbox.

    Some downloads not tagged as purchased

    It's a known issue that if you purchase content through the sales and specials app it won't show in the marketplace as being purchased. But you should be able to redownload the content from your download history -
