    Okay so I don't really know if this is the right place to ask this question, but earlier today I bought a skin pack from the Xbox live store for the game Evolve. I waited and waited, and nothing ever downloaded. So then I went to the in game store
    and it said I had to pay for it again, so I clicked on purchase and equip but then it said "You already own Savage Monster Skin Pack. Do you want to install now?" So I click install, and a blank black screen pops up and says 'Manage Savage Monster Skin Pack'
    and then above that I see my gamer picture with a arrow pointing down. But I've literally waited hours to see if it would fix itself, and nothing has happened yet. I really hope I didn't just waste 6.99 on something that wont even download. Any help would
    be greatly appreciated.

    Content problem

    When you download content it's tied to the gamertag that purchased it as well as the console it's purchased on. If the content was originally download on a different console, that console has that license so every profiles on that console can use the content.
    When you move your brother's profile to another console, it only has the gamertag license so it will only work for the gamertag that purchased it.

    Content problem

    Ok I recovered my brothers account onto my xbox and downloaded some of his content onto my hard drive. Then I went onto GOW3 and changed one of he's characters to a dlc character I download and changed my weapon skin to liquid metal. One of the dlc stuff
    i downloaded from my brothers account. When I signed him out it showed that all my content that I downloaded was gone and only appeared when I signed into my brothers account. I tried downloading it again and it doesn't work. PLEASE HELP!!!

    Content problem

    i actually helped a gentleman with this problem.there are a few steps to take.

    1. power cycle your console.

    2. go to the manage game tab for evolve, and see if it shows up in your managed content.

    3. contact customer support to see if they can fix the problem.

    4. delete and reinstall evolve and all its DLC.

    5. lastly, THIS IS YOUR LAST RESORT, do a factory reset on your xbox 1 console. keep in mind if you do this you may have to reinstall everything on your console.

    Hi,

    Sounds like there was some sort of issue actually transferring the licenses for the files from one console to register it to the next. It seems you've gone through the basic troubleshooting steps of making sure that your signed into the account that purchased
    the content, fully completing the license transfer, and even deleting and re-downloading content.

    Have you spoken with phone support to make sure that this license transfer went through accordingly? If it went through successfully the console you transferred license from would lose the ability to play games offline, but the console you transferred to would
    gain the ability to play them offline. Something also seems a bit off when you said that you're not able to play games offline that you purchased on that new console.

    Your best bet would be to reach out to a phone support agent and see if they are able to look into this matter a bit more for you.
