Content owned and accessible on 360 needs to be purchased again on Xbox Series X/S

Observation: What does seem odd is the release date for both games. Both are inaccurate in terms of actual release by several years. I'd suggest that the database primary key for the games may be inconsistent resulting in two database records for each game.

Hello Big, I did a little research of the games that would enter the retrocomaptibility and they appear on most specialized sites, however when we do a search of the two games, Cloning Clyde and Time Pilot, on the xbox unofficial site they still do not appear as available in the list, it may be that aida have not been included in the list by by according to the developers.

Support couldn't help, hence why I am here. Called twice. There was no option for chat support. Moreover, the breadth of their expertise will go as far as checking purchase history (which doesn't go back far enough) and at best, offering to give me the games again if I can provide proof of purchase. Nobody keep receipts for games which cost peanuts that they bought 16 years ago. Admittedly the fact that I have achievements on my account should be proof enough but they won't accept that.

The more I think about it the more I feel it is a database problem. I suspect that the original releases are in the database along with another record for each game. My entitlement is pinned to the original record. Judging by what I have read, many others have the exact same issue. If my assumption is correct, and the more I think about it, it is, then everyone who bought the game prior to that new date will no longer have access but those that bought it after will have access.

Now my concern would be (and I feel everyones concern should be) that if it is a database error; possibly caused by change/release processes, how many times will this happen to people putting their digital content at risk of becoming inaccessible with no satisfactory conduit to resolve the issue.

So the more I consider this after a starting point of thinking it is pretty trivial, it is potentially quite significant.

Hello again, it's really weird why for the UK region they appear in retro's list, but for the US they don't show up.

My suggestion is that tomorrow from 10:00 Am contact Xbox support via chat to see if they can help you with this issue, why as this forum is public viewing and unfortunately as independent consultants we do not have access to there is some data and neither your account, we can not specify the real reason or accurately check why not cosseguir access the games.
