    Content not showing


    Hi, I have recently upgraded my version of Skyrim special edition to the Skyrim anniversary edition paying the £14.99 for the upgrade, I have installed the 16mb file but none of the content is showing … I have tried numberous resets and re tries but content shows as installed but not showing … how can I fix this ? If no fix can you issue a refund ?

    If I may ask, are you on Xbox or PC?

    Also, can you please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and then validate if you can see the "The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Anniversary Upgrade" showing as "complete"?

    Make sure that it's also for the correct version by clicking the game icon from your order history, you'll be redirected to the product page Microsoft store, scroll down a bit to see "Playable On".

    If you're part of the preview program, it's a known issue that's being worked on.

    Just Cause 4 Deluxe Digital Download access problems

    Purchased on xbox store on the xbox. My home xbox and xbox i'm logged into both show that the additional content is installed. Home xbox shows the Black Hand items in the game's menu but the other one doesn't even though it shows that content as installed.
    Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the deluxe content but no change.

    Sorry to hear your in-game items didn't show up for you. If the transaction is showing as completed over on
    commerce.microsoft.com your next step would be to contact
    Blizzard Support. Unfortunately we don't support what is unlocked in-game, only the transactions. Thanks for your understanding!

    If anyone bought content for other games similar to the Loot Boxes in Overwatch you'll need to reach out to the respective publisher. If you have any other Xbox support questions please create a new thread and let us know. Thanks!
