    HI there, I'm having trouble trying to download the Call Of Duty World At War Map Bundle.

    Whenever I try to download it, it says that the content is unavailable in my region, or the file is corrupt or they do not recognize the format. Error Code is 80150017. When I try to purchase online it just states its not able to do so and to try again
    later.

    Here are the details about my end. I've had this problem since about 2010, but decided I'd like to try and clean up achievements on this game finally, and hoped after this time the problem may fix itself. I am from Canada, my cousins who live about 15 minutes
    away were able to download the map packs no problem (when they originally released). I am able to download the free Makin Map bonus, so I don't understand what the issue is with the content you need to buy.

    As stated I live in Canada, so region block shouldn't really be the reason....My IP address is in Canada and correct, my language and locale setting on 360 is Canada...and my hotmail account assigned to Xbox Live is set to Canada as well. Have called support
    twice and both times were unable to determine the cause...just wondering if anyone here has any other suggestions.

    I've downloaded proxys and stuff to try and change the location of IP and such to download from the store online but nothing has worked so far.

    Well there goes my bucks down the toilet, I have a US account with the proper console but I'm currently living in central america.

    Ok, so I have the points, but whenever I try to download certain games or demos a pop up appears saying I can't download it, this happened to me with New Vegas, my account is from the US, but what's up? What should I do? The game will take 2 weeks to arrive
    here if I order it and in 2 weeks I'll be on exams.

    re-entered billing info previously, and it won't let me migrate my account....it says theres a problem completing the move right now....however it's already set to Canada, so that could be the reason

    Sorry man but you will not be able to change the region of the account. there was an option to do for emerging markets only for a short while but even that has now been removed.

    I can only imagin how frustrating it is to be presented with this issue but again, you would have to create a new account and set it to the correct region to use Xbox Live to its fullest in that region.

    I know alot of it has to do with content licensing and different laws between different regions. Thats pretty much the most you will get from Microsoft/Xbox on this issue. You will be able to use your account but you will be heavily restricted on what content
    you can purchase/use.

    Past that, I cant really offer anything else oon this issue, maybe someelse will chime in and have better suggestions!
