    Content is there but it acts otherwise.


    So I was play FH3 and someone tripped over my Xbox cord which made my Xbox go off. When I plugged it back up and went back to FH3 the game acted as if it were the first time I had ever played it. I think exit the game and went to the game hub which stated
    that I still had all my achievements all cars were in garage, play time so forth we're still there but once I go start the game up it strarts me straight from the beginning like I just bought the game. Xbox live support said they couldn't do anything bc it
    was within the developer of the game. Anyone know what's going on?

    First check the enforcement site to verify that all suspensions are really over: https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US

    If all suspensions are expired, and you are therefore clear, try the following steps:

    1. Remove your account from the Xbox.
    2. Give your Xbox a power cycle.
    3. Add your account back into the Xbox.
    4. Attempt to use the social features now.

    It still hasn’t worked man, reset it by removing all profiles and I honestly am really upset with Xbox

    No...actually it is not against any acts...consumer or otherwise. When you signed up, you agreed to MS being able to suspend your account.

    Seems more like a coincidence that your console started acting up after the update, otherwise there would be a lot more people complaining if it was a bug with the update.

    It has frozen a few times and acted funny when I first booted up, but otherwise it's been fine. My day one controller broke day one. The numbers are sketchy at best.
