    So I have been using my Minecraft account with out issue for about 4 months before this happened. I have two Realms subscriptions be accident, and one of the realms I wasn't using. I canceled one subscription but kept the other one. I'm still being charged
    for one of them. In addition to this, I have bought countless texture packs and skins.

    The day I canceled my extra sub, was the same day I registered an Mojang account with the same email as my Xbox/Microsoft store account so that. It registered me at 0 years old (I'm 28) and its stuck that way because Mojang has been unresponsive. I submitted
    a help request, two of them in fact, and two months later I still have no response. In addition to this, non of my purchases are showing, including my realms content, even though I'm playing IN the Realm that I paid for. But non of my skins or textures show
    up in the store. I can use any of the content I paid for. In MORE additions to these issues, when I log into the Minecraft website, using my Microsoft account, my purchases don't show even though they are on the game. I have sent 3 helpdesk requests the the
    Microsoft store, but they keep saying that Xbox stuff isn't their issue. I even tried logging into Minecraft from my comp, and it doesn't recognize me. **** is happening??

    I've been blown off by so many IT people I'm about to submit an Attorney General complaint because I'm being charged for stuff I cant use or one time purchases have disappeared. And the **** help site doesn't allow my to submit tickets.

    Contact the bank and see why purchase is not authorized.

    Microsoft makes a purchase as a low value test, and then it reverses the purchase, it was this purchase that was not authorized.

In this case, the pending charge to your bank account should be reversed within a few business days. At this time, there is no further action needed, the charge will be refunded automatically.

    Hello, the purchase still does not show on my Order History. However Microsofts backend system can see the failed purchase and I have all the necessary information from my bank to show the transaction of the funds through my account.

    You need to contact your bank or credit card company to block purchases made through the Microsoft Store or Minecraft.

    Contact your bank or card issuer and ask them to reverse the amounts, it may not be possible to reverse all of them, at least the most recent one you can.

    I have had a similar issue happen to me, but it went a little different. I tried to purchase Lego Star Wars the force awakens on sale, and an error occurred very similar to what you mentioned. The funds were reserved by my bank, but I didn't receive the game and it doesn't show up anywhere. Didn't take a screenshot of error, like I should have, and then tried again a bit later only for the same thing to happen. So two purchases later, funds reserved by bank and no game to show. Plus, I have tried to get help from xbox forums etc. to no avail and my bank cannot reverse the amounts because there is no evidence of the purchase happening as the only place the purchase comes up is on my banking app. It isn't even under my xbox orders...
