    Content from the MINECRAFT Favorites Pack doesn't transfer over the the Bedrock MINECRAFT.


    For anyone who played MINECRAFT: XBOX ONE Edition would possibly know the existence of the FAVORITES PACK. Which were bundled
    with certain copies of the game. Including 7 DLC packs as told on the box art. Inserting the disk will be prompt to downloading all the content, along side the game.

    When the Bedrock version of the game was released, certain content owned on the XBOX ONE EDITION were transfered. I have an issue were DLC from the
    FAVORITES PACK were not transfered to the newer
    MINECRAFT. I know this topic is years late, but I didn't know how to properly address my concern.

    I could only get little information about so due licensing issues from other compaines, but not from content owned by Microsoft, like theHALO Mash-Up Pack for example.

    I want know why this issue was not dressed and possibility of Microsoft or MOJANG doing anything about this. If so, I would like to make a request of having the available content to be transferred to the Bedrock version of MINECRAFT. Any employee of either
    company can look into my account for proof of owning the FAVORITES PACK.

    Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently inquiring information regarding the transition of DLC to Minecraft.

    The only information we have on this is what is stated in the
    Better Together FAQ    , which states: "Most content items will transfer over, be available to be used or purchased on any Bedrock Engine platform and be used in multiplayer with a few exceptions due to licensing restrictions"

    The way that this was pushed out was as per design by Mojang, that being said, we here on the Xbox Forums do not have the means to provide any other additional information regarding this, and I would have to recommend that you reach out to

    Mojang Support     for further insight on this matter.

    I'm sorry about any confusion or turmoil this might have caused.

    Mojang/Microsoft still wants me to pay even if I originally owned DLC in Minecraft

    I'm fine thank you.
    The DLC was bundled with the base game, which is known as the Favorites Pack. The DLC is accessible in the original Xbox One Edition. The problem is that the same content is not accessible to me for the Bedrock/Cross-platform version that came after. My question is will any DLC bundled with the Favorites Pack version of Minecraft: Xbox One Edition transfer over to the Bedrock Edition? Content that isn't affected due to licensing issues.

    Some content according to Mojang is not available in the bedrock version.

    Clean the MAC from your console and then click the menu button on the game icon and go to manage games and add-ons and see if you find something available to be installed and then look in the game marketplace.

    Clean your console's MAC

    Network Settings> Advanced Settings> MAC Address and Clear.
