Content for Minecraft Master Collection Locked

How do I actually talk with someone or get something resolved?

I asked for a call, a computer called after 90 minutes, but I have been on hold 21 minutes. We bought Minecraft Master collection on February 1. The extra content worked for a day, then it was all locked. For six weeks I e-mailed until I got a link,
but there were issues there as well. what do I need to do to either get the content I paid for or a refund?

Similar issue here.

I recently purchased Minecraft Master Collection for Windows 10. I signed in to the game and followed to the Marketplace. However, I don't see my 1000 minecoins in my account. I also don't see additional
packs that come with the Master Collection.

I wrote to the Minecraft Support and guess what they replied? Go to Microsoft! It is not our problem!

But they are the SAME game. If you look closely, the "Minecraft Windows 10 "Master Collection" offers the same content as the. Both of these items I'm referring
to are the master edition, one of them just offers "multi-platform" survival. I'm sorry if I'm being rude, but I know this is correct. They offer the
same content.

Unfortunately the base game of Minecraft Windows 10 Edition is only included in the

Starter Collection or the
Master Collection. The Starter Collection is a pretty good deal as you get the base game plus additional in-game content for one low price.
