    Content download reseting


    So i'm trying to play black ops 3 and it won t get past the "connecting to online services" pop up cause after it says "checking files" it switches to "downloading" but the download keeps reseting and i've tries reseting my xbox with the controler and hard
    reset and nothing seeems to work, so if anyone knows how to fix this it would be much appreciated.

    I'd call 1-800 4my Xbox and talk to tech support. They will probley have u reset your system to factory settings then try to re download everything again. I'm not 100% but I believe u should be able to re download any content u bought. Before u go restoring your system to factory settings I'd call tech support see what they have to say then if all else fails then send your system back under the Microsoft warranty.

    Ok so can you please point me to that so called "international law" that says that I'm obliged to download content in Portuguese?

    I think you mean Microsoft Policy, not "international law". Some content is exclusive to some regions due to Copyright and whatever but the content I'm trying to access is available in my country so there's nothing forbidding me to download it with the exception
    that I've downloaded it previously in BR-PT (localizations for Portugal are PT-PT) and because of this the download is reseting at 80%. Whats happening is that I'm still downloading the br-pt version of the game. Someone just has to go to my account and remove
    the game from my history so I can download it in to grab the UK version (as in not "download now" not download again option).

    Might be an error with the content you're trying to download. Try canceling the download and try downloading it again. If this doesn't fix it, you should reset your router.

    I don't think you underatand what drm transfer is

    Content doesn't transfer between accounts it's between consoles

    You click transfer then download the content nothing else

    If you didn't reset the router you should repeat the process

    Not being able to download content is network/server related, resetting the network hardware allows to renew the connection to the servers

    Thanks for the reply. Have him try doing a factory reset on the console then please. Don't worry about any downloaded and installed games. There is an option to keep the content when you reset.
