Discus and support Content controls in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I have an xbox 360 and for some reason, content controls is on and ive forgotten the passcode but ive also forgot the answer to the security question....     I have an xbox 360 and for some reason, content controls is on and ive forgotten the passcode but ive also forgot the answer to the security question. Can anyone help me out on how to get rid of this? Its stopping me from watching twitch

    Hey there joebobjames,

    I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your sons not being able to download the Battlefield 4 beta.

    Even with permissions allowed from the main account, child accounts are blocked from downloading demos because that content is unrated.

    ok here is my problem my sons are trying to down load battlefield 4 beta and it will not let them because of content not being allowed on their accounts I am the head of the accounts and have turned of the controls and on the settings it say they are able
    to play and download it but still will not allow when I try to do so. any help

    Ea also required axcounts using their servers that play m or rp rated games to be 18

    Availible language options in Germany

    Cause of the USP controls and locks content you do know that USP still controls content right ?

    XBOX 360 content is region locked and are based kn your nationally supported languages which is German

    I Am Alive giving error code 8C230002

    Sometimes that error occurs when the profile is blocked from certain content like Unrated Content. You can also try adjusting your privacy and online controls and content controls through the console. Make sure everything is allowed.
