Content can`t be viewed.

Recently, I cannot share any game-clips from my activity feed to my friends, Or rather, I can share it but when they open the attachment, it says Content not available. This applies even to clips that were taken a few days ago, so it's not like they didn't
finish uploading or anything. Could this be some form of unnotified enforcement action? Or hopefully just a privacy setting issue. Thoughts?

I tried all the pages that you sent me to, but to no avail.

I'm not under any enforcement action, I can view all clips that are uploaded to xbox live, and I made sure that in settings, my content is available to view for everyone, but still whenever I try to send a clip as a message, my friends can't view the content.
It only applies to content recorded by me, because I can send other people's content to them no problem. I unfortunately don't know how to fix this, but I could use some more help if you can. I'll look through the forums, but I'd appreciate it if someone could
get back to me on this post.

Thanks for reaching out here in Xbox Forums. I understand there is an issue with sharing game-clips. Xbox screens all clips for violations of the
Xbox Live Code of Conduct. There may be a delay before your clip is visible to anyone else. Try visiting the
Enforcement website to review your reputation. I recommend to check out these articles:

Happens to me and a lot of people. Some XBL ambasadors still reject the idea of there being an issue.

I spoke with Xbox support and we worked through the issue. In my case, my provider's DNS servers (AT&T Uverse) were not properly resolving the name for servers providing marketplace content (epix.xbox.com was used to test). DNS lookups did return the appropriate
IP for Live authentication (a different server). Hence, I was able to log-in, but not view any marketplace content.

To resolve, I manually configured the Xbox to use a non-AT&T, public DNS server. This immediately resolved the issue. If you are experiencing a similar scenario, you may want to do the same (I'm using 4.2.2.1 for DNS, presently).

Now, please excuse me, while I go construct the rant I'm going to deliver to AT&T, tomorrow, when I request the return of 2.5 hours of my life and whine about having to destroy my entire network only to learn I could have simply used someone else's DNS.
