    hi when im on home screen it says "sorry we can't get your content blocks at the moment they should be back soon" where my pins should be. It's not the Xbox because it says it when i sign into my dads Xbox. I tryed everything to fix it but its still the

    since bo2 is now back wards compatible I downloaded Munich profile to late it and I went to go online and i. HAd to download nuketown which is required. So I clicked on it and it siad content blocked. Am I under 18 but my bronthers account and is 21. SO
    he has control over our purchases and he changed my settings allowing me to download anything. But it still doesn't work

    I'm posting this in need of support as I am becoming desperate. I recently bought an Xbox One and got the Mass Effect Trilogy to play on it. Now, I logged onto an account that I've had for a few years, and it was a child account, but I'm now 18 and it's
    changed to an adult account. So along with the Mass Effect 2 game came a code for the Cerberus Network. I redeemed it, but it downloaded absolutely nothing. So I went to the extra content tab in-game to download the DLC there, but all I get when I try to purchase
    any DLC there is a popup that says that premium content is blocked for my account. I have tried everything to fix it. I've gone to my Xbox One settings to allow everything, I've gone to my Microsoft account to change it, I've added a new adult account to my
    family to change it, and all have done nothing. Normally I would suck it up and pay for the DLC that came included, but the Xbox One store says they aren't available. And I tried buying the Cerberus Network DLC itself off of the Xbox One store, but it said
    I couldn't buy it, even though it was available. Can somebody please help me out, this is frustrating.

    Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this.

    Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

    not all content is region locked

    only google is blocked by the chinese government

    other content that is not permitted by the chinese government will be blocked including region locked content
