Content already used

Ok not sure what's going off now as I've had a reply from rockstar stating that codes for bonus content are generated by xbox otherwise all code input would be the same for all platforms which it isn't and codes can easily be generated using a cypher
to produce a rather hit and miss chance of spoofing an actual unused code........so it seems as though no one can either help me or is willing to help me so I'm still back at square one and both myself and my aunt are rather annoyed that shes paid more for
something, been robbed by chance and then been told pretty much tough luck theres very little we can do via all parties in loved except by the clever git who spoofed my codes

I was brought a copy of rdr2 for Christmas and as I was install I tried to enter the product keys for extra content and bonuses to find to my dismay that both codes came back with a response of both being used?...... after returning to the original
store the game was purchased from we were told that it's not their issue and i should take it up xbox or rockstar so if anyone can shine a light on what's happened and how do i resolve such an issue as i feel robbed and have the basic game which would have
saved my aunt a fair few Bob. And before anyone says anything this was a brand new purchase and not second hand.

Based on the information on your public profile, your location is Canada, is that correct?

I just viewed the Canadian version of that site, and the Game on Demand is not listed as a download. This means that in that region, this game is not offered as a digital download.

So if your region is indeed Canada, it looks like you will not be able to download this game digitally, unfortunately.

i don't have the game downloaded to my xbox 360 hard drive.. and i've actually deleted all saved files for this game as i gave it away 3 years ago.
