Discus and support Contacting xbox in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; How do you speak to them. My xbox wont open fortnite even when it is reinstalled and the console restarted etc etc. I cannot contact them as their page...     How do you speak to them. My xbox wont open fortnite even when it is reinstalled and the console restarted etc etc. I cannot contact them as their page wont accept my phone number for a call back. The shop I got it from, Smyths said I must go back to
    xbox. I have receipt for purchase. Help!
