Contacting Xbox support

I try to contact Xbox support I go to start chat and it redirects me to a different plank internet browser. I've waited for about 10-20 minutes and nothing does anybody know how to sort this.

Contacting xbox support

Hi,

I am having trouble connecting to xbox support to reset my family passcode. Every contact method requires a form to be submitted with two required name fields. These are blank and not able to be edited. I am unable to submit the form due to this. Any
one got any ideas how to contact them any other way? Thanks.

Sadly, Xbox Support does not have a mail address to contact them.

You can always just phone them.

It should tell you your regions phone number if you try to contact them
here

Edge or Firefox are recommended not so much chrome

Now if you got an issue that support can't handle like ACCOUNT suspension then no you can't have a call back for that as ita outside their perview

thanks for your reply. I’ve tried all these things and none of them have led me to speak to a person. Every time I get close it says it can’t process my request for a call back.

I’m not sure how people are supposed to get help who need it.
