Contacting xbox support

For 4 days I have been trying to fill in the form for a call back via the virtual agent. For 4 days its been saying it cant process my request. I have tried Microsoft chat - no help. Every link I can find. Can anyone please advise me how to get off this roundabout.

Select I don't recognize a charge

Now if you got an issue that support can't handle like ACCOUNT suspension then no you can't have a call back for that as ita outside their perview

thanks for your reply. I’ve tried all these things and none of them have led me to speak to a person. Every time I get close it says it can’t process my request for a call back.

I’m not sure how people are supposed to get help who need it.
