Contacting Xbox regarding a refund

Does anyone know how I can email xbox to find out further information? I applied for a refund that was declined even though I believe I was in the proper guidelines and just want further information (want to know how long the game was played for but that
doesn't show up under the tab on the xbox). I tried multiple times responding to the email that stated the decline but no answer.

Couldn't get through to a billing agent through chat unfortunately but put in another refund request with hopefully some detail this time. Thanks

Due to the current global situation, it may take a while to get a response to the reply you have sent. When you replied you should have requested the evidence and given even further information as to why you request a refund.

Try speaking to them this way.

Do it exactly like this otherwise it will try and get you to fill out the refund form again

Select the Virtual agent and type "Talk to an Agent" then select Xbox - Payment & Purchases

A billing agent will be able to assist.

I did request the evidence twice and if need be who then should I talk to. Also this has been well over two weeks of waiting for a reply on the matter.
