    Hi there

    Wondered if anyone can help. My Xbox 360 has the ring of death and after numerous failed attempts at contacting Xbox/Microsoft through the online help, the phone system and trying to send it away to be fixed (couldn't get the payment screen to work nor
    could online help) I'm at a loss as to what to do.

    Could anyone give alternative suggestions or a contact email so that I now have a paper trail? Can't seem to find one!

  2. Anyone experiencing disc error?

    i would recommend contacting microsoft/xbox support and enquire your problem there.

    Try phoning support on 0800 587 1102.

    I had to send a console of for repair last week & i just phoned them & it was sorted in 10 minutes

    why is it that the list of items that are working does not include Black Ops isuues... I cannot get into the online game... the call of duty screen keeps coming up and I cannot get past it.. .what are you people doing... I pay good money to get into that
    game, and you are not helping at all... if this keeps up, you will lose a good customer the next time my contract expires... you need a good doctor to take care of my issue because it seems like NO ONE there can fix it...

    To request a callback, follow these steps:

    • Step 1 ----Select Xbox One
    • Step 2 ----Select See other options
    • Step 3 ----Select topic
    • Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"
    • Step 5 ----Select request a call from support


    Once they call, explain the issue and they will be able to help you.

    If you have time left on your Game Pass Ultimate membership, you won't be charged with auto renew on until your membership runs out. So if you turn it on when you have 2 years left, I can assure you that you won't be charged again. Please try changing the auto renew setting as this commonly solves this error code.

    Go to https://account.microsoft.com/

    Go to Services and Subscriptions, select your Game Pass Ultimate subscription. Turn on Auto Renew.

    Try signing into Xbox 360 or a backwards compatible game again again. If it works, you can go back and turn off auto renew.

    Do you both use the same account, or are you sharing your Game Pass and games with your son's own account using Home Xbox?

    Note that sharing doesn't work with Xbox 360 titles played through backwards compatibility, the account you're using has to have Game Pass Core or Ultimate. So if your son is using his own account and sharing your account's Game Pass, he won't be able to play online as 360 accounts need their own Gold/Game Pass subscription.
