Contacting Tier Support Executive.

Hello forums!!!

Can anyone please assist me on finding anyone that can help me contact support teams that are available for rare case's when using the network or device's.

So for example if the situation that was presented is we have found something not normal with our unit that may have some interest on why it may have occurred is there a area that may be able to go into further talks about this occasion.

Contacting Xbox support

You can always just phone them.

It should tell you your regions phone number if you try to contact them
here

I would first advice you to explain your situation, whats wrong, what you're trying to get as a result and what your network setup is.

Maybe we on the forums can help you sort it out without needing to contact support

Thank you for your response. The unit we have has done the impossible. We are searching for Microsoft support teams that have interest in cases that are rare and may need some attention. I would only like to explain the situation to anyone who is a Microsoft
admin or can direct us to a support team.

"Come to the forums to get help from a Tier 3 agent"? No. You can only get to Tier 3 by being escalated from Tier 1. You need to contact support again.

The forums are community support, they are barely monitored by MS.
