I got banned for an illegitimate reason and I just wanted to submit a case review but when I tried the whole system crashed causing me to fail all the attempts. I need to have another chance and so I need to contact them and get
another chance. I could just wait the 24 hour thing but this is the fifth time I have tried and the same thing has happened.

I want to be unsuspended because i didnt do anything iwas ignoring my friend and minding my own business until he cusses me out so i turn off my xbox and then im upheld on enforcement this is bullcrap i just want to be unsuspended and i want to talk to

Unfortunately all you can do is wait the 24 hours and try again. Try clearing your browser's cookies/cache or try another browser before you try again.

In addition to what Smwutches said, you can also try using a different device. to submit a case review.

Subitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team. If your friend already submitted a review and it was upheld, there is nothing else he can do. He would have received the ban because he did something to violate the code of conduct,
not just because you reported him.

Anyone how to contact these so called enforcement's sitting behind a keyboard? I got a communication ban just for cussing, but these **** won't do anything to the ones who cheats. I wanna talk to someone instead of hitting a review
button. So if anyone has a direct # to these people I sure would appreciate it.

I KNOW! I received a 14 day suspension from Xbox live for "harassment" two days ago and I hadn't even played that day or two days before that. (July 5th, btw). They literally don't look at any of the crap. AND IM SO ANNOYED. Today is when one of our raid
team members passed away due to cancer and on this day we always throw a memorial in honor of him one Destiny. Now, because of Xbox I can't honor what a great person he was.

Man, when someone swears at you, grow a pair and don't instantly report them. You're not a baby are you? If he's been swearing at you multiple times then sure, go ban that guy, but you shouldn't ban someone for insulting you once. NOT SAYING that you do,
but still. I seiously got a harassment ban for saying: Really f*g? It's been a month now and I still can't play nor talk on xbox live, which is a service I PAY FOR. Don't ruin someones day/week/month because he called you a f*g once, don't be that guy....

Sounds like may be receiving multiple enforcement actions. It takes time to investigate reports, so the violations could have happened anytime.
