    Hi, is there any way to contact Microsoft support other than "request a call back". I have been trying to use the call back feature but it isn't working when you use the uk +44 option. I need to contact them as I think UPS have lost my controller on its way to Germany. When I track it, it says it will be delivered the next day but this has happened for 4 weeks. Thanks.

    Heyy I have and issue, its seems that when i bought a membership it said that i had a error. i did the instruction told me to do but still isnt resolved. i would appreciated if someone were to Help fix this issue thank you :)

    Call them back and tell them it's not there, I just checked for you, it offers, Ambassador chat or twitter, or call back etc, no email.

    I need switches because after my account a was gone I could not play any game so my friend is allowing me to play my old games cause we used to play with each other and had the same games.

    I am not getting the help I need and no one is available to actually talk. Ben was so helpful he made all the notes in my account and when he tried to transfer me we were disconnected
