    I need to speak with someone in Xbox support.

    The online chat isn't working and the callback feature also isn't working.

    I need to have my xbox sent back to them as I have received it back and the issue is still happening.

    I dont have the option to book a repair online anymore like I did have on the first repair.

    Heyy I have and issue, its seems that when i bought a membership it said that i had a error. i did the instruction told me to do but still isnt resolved. i would appreciated if someone were to Help fix this issue thank you :)

    Call them back and tell them it's not there, I just checked for you, it offers, Ambassador chat or twitter, or call back etc, no email.

    I am not getting the help I need and no one is available to actually talk. Ben was so helpful he made all the notes in my account and when he tried to transfer me we were disconnected
