contacting support not possible - can't enter my name

Hello,

i have a problem with my XBox One S Controller and would like to contact the support (chat or phone). I visited support.xbox.com and signed in. But after selecting "chat with xbox support", the fields for entering
my name are disabled (i cannot enter anything) and empty. But they are required fields to enter the support chat. So there is no way to contact the support at the moment. What can i do?

Required fields in contacting Microsoft

We can't enter name in the required fields for contacting Microsoft about an error we have on Xbox one. So can't send our request for contact/help. Has anyone had this problem? Can anyone help? Thank you.

Cannot chat with support or request call back

This still has not been fixed. Can't enter my first or last name even though it's on my Microsoft account. Really bad I can't get to chat with you because I can't enter my name. Yet it automatically has entered my email...

I tried to "almost" start a support chat to get to where you're at, and I see the same thing happening to me.

From a design point of view, I'm not sure why they would even bother including those fields (as well as make them required) if the user can't input anything into them. It seems those fields load information directly from the profile info of your logged-in
Microsoft account.

I would suggest going to
your Microsoft profile settings and checking if your full name is properly entered into your profile. I think it's coming from the "billing info".

None of the x-box support contacts seem to work for me, the 'enter name' sections are all greyed out and can't type anything in them.
