Contacting someone over phone for xbox account management

When you're at
http://support.xbox.com/contact-us click "See Other Options" underneath the virtual assistant to bypass that. You'll then be asked to pick a topic and should be able to check for other contact options after that. If you don't see an option to request a
call back or chat with support, change your topic/category.

I've already tried troubleshooting this over Xbox Support Chat & over the phone.

The person on chat could not help me so I was directed to the phone support. On the phone the person had a conversation with their manager. Their response was: If the license isn't on the account there is nothing that
can be done.

I am bringing this issue to the forum in hopes that more eyes will see this issue and hopefully someone will know how to resolve it.

My best advice would be to contact Xbox Support over the phone, so someone can look at your licenses. Simply visit this page and choose a query in the 'Account' section: http://support.xbox.com/en-GB/contact-us
