    I’m trying to set up my Xbox one. I got through the internet connection part the first time but then it randomly restarted the setup and I’m stuck. I confirm the language, it send me to the second screen and says “you’re connected.”
    Then i hit continute and it goes to the third screen where it says contacting service at the top and says “Hold on a sec” with a loading symbol. Then after a couple seconds it just sends me to the beginning of the setup.

    Destiny is an online game - it requires a permanent internet connection.

    Just purchased the xbox one, I'm playing destiny and for some reason it's stops working and says no internet connection, do you need internet just to play.?? I have the disc.

    If you are still having the issue, you may need to restart your router. turn off the xbox, and turn it back on after the router has resumed normal function.
