    Contacted Microsoft without any Success - Microsoft Case Number 1403390248


    I contacted Microsoft twice and got the same useless runaround. They accessed my laptop via remote, saw the issue that was occurring, tried a few things like resetting the app, msconfig an the problem still appeared.

    Filed Case Number 1403390248 Regarding Problem with Microsoft Bingo and Server Connection.

    Any chance someone from Microsoft Tech Support might read all the posts regarding the server issues with Microsoft Bingo and update all users regarding how this problem is going to be resolved as well as when.

    Microsoft Case Number 1403390248 has already been filed with tech support, my laptop was tested and the problem still exists. It has nothing to do with WSReset.exe, MSConfig or resetting the app on a personal computer. It is a Microsoft Server Issue.

    Microsoft Jigsaw app doesn't download new puzzles

    Since the Microsoft update in December, the Microsoft Jigsaw app doesn't download puzzle anymore.

    When you purchase a new puzzle, your 'money/gold' is accepted, the new puzzle get a 'download' button.

    But when you choose to download, the app freezes and nothing happens.

    I already opened a support case at Windows, without success.

    They checked the BITS services.

    I already had a chat session with xbox support, without success.

    I already did the following:

    1) uninstalled - reinstalled the app, without success

    2) uninstall - reboot - reinstall, without success

    3) uninstall - logout xbox account - login again - reinstall , without succes

    4) ran the windows troubleshooter: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4027322/windows-update-troubleshooter

    it installed a fix (an updated that was installed yet), but no success

    After this fix I reinstalled the app again, without success

    I'm running this app on a Microsoft Windows 10, I installed this app from the Microsoft Store and the app is developed by Microsoft.

    I hope this message gets trough to Microsoft.

    They no longer use a direct number. You can request a call back at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you're not seeing the option, change your category/topic. Typically
    Subscriptions and Billing and "I don't recognize a charge" works for me.
