Contact xbox enforecemnt team

Thats so stupid, now I lose 90 days of progress from an unfair ban, because they miscommunicated, and cant even be contacted when they screw up... What the [mod removed] is that, complete [mod removed] they cant even respond to 1 email

Hey Samy, broad issue here

On the 5th of October I received a communication ban for a message I sent, this I justly deserved, I also assumed it was for 24 hours. However, when I went to sign in it said it was a 2 week ban instead. So I made an appeal that related to how excessive that was. What I wasn't made aware off was that a secondary investigation had been conducted that resulted in that specific 2 week ban and not the singular message I sent. Because my appeal had been addressing the 24 hour ban and not the 2 week ban the appeal was denied. I believe that because of a miscommunication I should be able to properly, and more accurately appeal to this case regarding my current suspension.

So I have been emailing them for the last 6 or so days, with no response, in an attempts to get a secondary review on this case. Normally these bans are communications based as well, but this has also barred me from accessing multiplayer games. In which there is time sensitive progress that i need to complete. I was wondering if there was any way to call or email or something in order to get a secondary review on this case ASAP.

There is no other way to contact them than to submit an appeal for a suspension.

If you need to appeal a suspension you can do so by following these instructions.

Sign in to enforcement.xbox.com with the Microsoft account that received the enforcement action.

Note If you have a child account that’s part of a Microsoft family, an adult in the family must sign in to their Microsoft account. Case review inquiries for a child’s account must be submitted by a signed-in adult.

Select the orange box with the handshake icon.

Find the active enforcement action you have a question about, and then select Apply in the green box.

Select the check box that you’ve read and agree with the Terms of Use, and then select Agree.

Answer the questions in a short questionnaire. These questions help gauge your understanding of the Code of Conduct, Community Standards for Xbox, and associated policies.

After you’ve successfully completed the questionnaire, select the green arrow icon.

Enter your questions about the enforcement action, and then select Submit.

Note Xbox welcomes all case review inquiries. However, we won’t tolerate abusive or belligerent behavior. When you submit a case for review or reply to an agent’s request for additional info, don’t abuse or threaten Microsoft employees or post profane, bigoted, or otherwise provocative content. Content in a case review inquiry is subject to the guidelines outlined within the Code of Conduct.

Disregard for these rules may result in the closure of your case review. Especially egregious violations may result in an additional Xbox Live enforcement action.

If you really thought you'd get to keep that gamertag it may be worth reading the code of conduct again,that's if you bothered to read it when you started your account.
