    Contact with xbox enforcement


    I was suspended on Sunday 7/30/17 at 3:05 am and was told that it be lifted on 7/31/01 at 7:05 am. I got my communication back but I have not been able to play any games like GTA 5 or Destiny. Xbox customer support has verified that my suspension has been
    lifted but cannot give me a reason for why I still can't play games online. I would like to contact the enforcement team but nobody seems to be able to find a contact email. Any help would be appreciated.

    Contact info with enforcement?

    Xbox support are nothing whatsoever to do with xbox live enforcement so can't tell you why you were suspended.

    An email is sent to the address linked to your account telling you why or you can go to the enforcement site
    https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-GB where you can also contact the enforcement team by filing for a case review.

    Why in the world is it impossible to get in contact with the enforcement team? I pay Xbox to be able to use the services, and if i get banned for doing something wrong, okay. I can deal with that. It's when i call and have to talk to some dude who cant even
    tell me why ive been banned. That is ridiculous, At the MAIN XBOX PHONE NUMBER, they said they didnt have that info about my account. Well if XBOX doesnt have the information about my XBOX account i dont know who the **** would. Even in your case review you
    just said "we reviewed it and its upheld" Im under the impression that since i do pay you money for these services you best damn well TELL ME WHY THE SERVICES HAVE BEEN SUSPENDED (not "breaking code of conduct" Actually tell me what i said that was against
    the rules)

    My Suggestions:

    1. Grow a pair.

    2. Have a telephone number for enforcement team.

    3. Actually help the people that give you money every year. (not having a phone number for your customers after you ban them is like waving a giant middle finger)

    Sorry to hear about the situation, but the Xbox live
    code of conduct is there to create an environment that is friendly for everyone! Xbox is a very family oriented company! There are many children who play Xbox as well and the
    code of conduct is set in place to encourage good sportsmanship and positive communication!

    Xbox live is an online service regulated by rules
    as every online service. (Just because a game is a higher rating doesn't mean younger people don't play it)

    Just remember that you are allowed to say and do what you want, but there will be repercussions for voiding the Code of conduct
    (Do not be a toxic player and use profanity or bad behavior, because you can be suspended for that).

    If you run into a toxic player then Report, Block and Ignore the user, and do not engage them.

    (Enforcement does not see anyone as Defending themselves, they look towards the Code only.)

    for more support and feel free to check out the Orange hammer and see if the account is eligible for a
    Case Review. (If
    the suspension is for 24 hours and less, then it will not be available. If the case is Upheld then, you will have to wait till the suspension is over.)

    (Also, Enforcement does not Post, Read, or Comment on Forums)

    A game might be rated M but Live is rated E for everyone.

    For people who send you messages please just report and block them. Just because you are not informed does not mean action has not been taken. There is zero reason to respond to people who do this.

    I can all but guarantee you that those terms were not in the ToS I agreed to when I created my tag 10 years ago.

    If this is how microsoft community enforcement works, with actual enforcement administered totally arbitrarily and a "[Mod Removed]" model of case review, they might as well be telling us to buy consoles from Sony.

    enforcement.xbox.com/.../HowTo     & ask for a case review but I wouldn't hold out much hope of getting that tag back.

    It's quite easy to see why it would be considered offensive even though you think it's a joke.

    The only way to contact the enforcement team is by submitting a case review on the
    enforcement site if you've been suspended. Otherwise there is no other form of direct contact. If you're having problems with another player, you would file a complaint on them via the
    console.
