    Why can't I contact Microsoft for support? I go to the support page and need to contact the support staff, but call-back is unavailable and the on-line chat that could not help me in the first place is backed up with over a hundred waiting. My problem
    is not listed, and I already have a reference number. How do I contact someone for help?

    You could also try and contact the support for Paladins as well. That would be through Hi-Rez studios, it would be wise to know stuff like your Hi-Rez account information and the order number for that order when you submit a ticket there. https://www.hirezstudios.com/support/

    Also, if you look up the phrase the phrase 'Xbox Support' on Bing or Google, the first thing that comes up is the 1-800 number for calling customer support. Doing it online is the most preferred method because its typically the fastest and most secured.
    I don't think we're allowed to share numbers here on the forums.
