    I've been trying to contact Microsoft support, a real person through chat, for about 30mins-an hour now and every time I get in the chat with a support person, it gives me a gray box instead of the usual chat box to type in and it's done this with 3+ people

    Whats the point of a contact us at the bottom of the screen when you can never get to speak to anyone you just get fobed off with solutions I dont think i will be renewing my xbox live as it has crashed so many times in the last few days i have been a
    customer for 9-10 yrs now but seriously thinking of going to the playstation I am not prepaird to pay for 12 gold if it keeps crashing and i think other people will do the same

    Not sure why it would do that unless it was out of hours.

    here     you could request a call back so they contact you by phone if chat isn't working.

    You could also try and contact the support for Paladins as well. That would be through Hi-Rez studios, it would be wise to know stuff like your Hi-Rez account information and the order number for that order when you submit a ticket there. https://www.hirezstudios.com/support/

    Also, if you look up the phrase the phrase 'Xbox Support' on Bing or Google, the first thing that comes up is the 1-800 number for calling customer support. Doing it online is the most preferred method because its typically the fastest and most secured.
    I don't think we're allowed to share numbers here on the forums.
