Discus and support "Contact us".. Contact who??? in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; So Im trying to 'contact' someone in xbox, be it online or phone and it seems that all their contact us pages are either disabled or will not load, so...     "Contact us".. Contact who???


    So Im trying to 'contact' someone in xbox, be it online or phone and it seems that all their contact us pages are either disabled or will not load, so I cant speak to anyone.

    My question would simply be.. Hard friggin hard is it to connect to xbox live!!!! Ive tried doing it thru the machine and get as far as entering the

    parents account (email ect..) and xbox will not accept any of the 3 email accounts I put in therefore not letting me go any further to the live version?

    How do I rectify this frustrating, hair pulling, difficult situation.

    Given that Ive had no joy in contacting anyone in xbox, maybe due to the amount of negative feedback Ive read about them ,that this message will even get read and answered??

    But if there is someone out there, your not alone, I am here also..

    Please send help!

    Whats the point of a contact us at the bottom of the screen when you can never get to speak to anyone you just get fobed off with solutions I dont think i will be renewing my xbox live as it has crashed so many times in the last few days i have been a
    customer for 9-10 yrs now but seriously thinking of going to the playstation I am not prepaird to pay for 12 gold if it keeps crashing and i think other people will do the same

    Who to contact?

    It's not an error.

    When a game becomes unavailable to buy on the marketplace the price is either put at -1 or a ridiculous price to prevent people from trying to buy it.

    It will either be made available again or removed completely.

    Are you using the right region format in your link when trying to register your console? For example, if you are in the UK and you are using a US link it will tell you that your post code is incorrect. Use
    THIS link and then try to register your product again. That link will auto-detect your region for you, so you should be good to go from there.



    However, if you just need help with resetting your pass code then you will have to go through Phone Support (HERE) they will be able to walk you through the steps over the phone.

    You could also try and contact the support for Paladins as well. That would be through Hi-Rez studios, it would be wise to know stuff like your Hi-Rez account information and the order number for that order when you submit a ticket there. https://www.hirezstudios.com/support/

    Also, if you look up the phrase the phrase 'Xbox Support' on Bing or Google, the first thing that comes up is the 1-800 number for calling customer support. Doing it online is the most preferred method because its typically the fastest and most secured.
    I don't think we're allowed to share numbers here on the forums.
