Contact us - Chat feature

It has first and last name greyed out and I cannot start a chat session due to being required. My name is in my account and it brings up my email when clicking on "use chat", yet these two fields are left blank and cannot be accessed to even fill out to
start a chat with support.

No phone numbers either, only forums and tweets (which I don't do).

Help?

You can use the chat feature at Contact Us | Xbox Support if it is supported in your region.

 

If you can't use the chat, contact phone support. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada. If not, post your country and I'll get the number for you.

 

Thank you but that won't be necessary. I logged in using my daughter's account and her name automatically appeared in the greyed boxes. I am unsure why mine didn't appear, but I was able to start a chat using hers and explain that I was the father and had
admin level access to her account. My support issue was then resolved timely and effectively since it was her newly registered equipment I was referencing.
