    I am trying to buy a license for MS Flight Sim 2020 for my father. (I am on a Mac, he on a PC). I put in his email address, and when I try to buy I get the error message:

    I have tried my credit card (verified all the data twice) and Paypal, several times each. Both are current and I have no issue ordering from other sites. I tried contacting Microsoft support but the phone number redirects me to the web site. I am extremely
    frustrated.
