Hello. I received a permanent ban on the gamertag "Zorphio" over 4 years ago. After it happened, I made another Xbox account (this account) and kept on gaming. I would love the opportunity to dispute the action taken against the account, but I can't.
You can only dispute bans that have been made within the last 12 months. I would like to get in contact with an Enforcement Team member, and talk to them about the account ban. Thank you.

The reason case reviews are not available for 24 hour suspensions is because the review process would take longer than the suspension. So by the time they review it and determine whether or not to uphold it, the suspension is already over.

I understand that the xbox enforcement team dosent have a number for several reasons and that they dont want people constently begging to be unbanned but i think that the rule that a ban lasting under 24 hours cant file a review creates some problems with
a gamer who gets banned for the first time i believe that a simple solution to most of these problems is the ability to file a review on any ban or suspention another solution is the ability to contact the enforcement team for advice on case reviews and allowing
the ability of both sides to be told and objectevly viewed and decided upon. If anyone has another solution or any current way to adress the enforcement team personally to be able to share your side of the ban please share thanks for everyone on the microsoft
support team that tried to help me with my temporary comunaction ban

Submitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team. Since the action happened so long ago, there is nothing else you can do.

i think you guys need to do a better job when enforcing cause i was on vacation and haven't been online in a week plus u need to do a better job investigating but thats my opion not being rude but u should not suspend someone's privileges when they haven't
been on in a week and already tried a case review and I think they never investigated all they did is deny my case so i will be probably go back to Sony where they do investigate reports

i tried that cause i was on vacation for a week and haven't been on and when I get back i find out i can't chat in party or stream and when i tried to explain that in case review they still denied me so i know they don't investigate there reports plus i
wasn't even home or online for a week

Any report filed has to be investigated first before any enforcement action is issued.This takes time so you would of been suspended for something that happened weeks ago,before you went on holiday

Subitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team. If your friend already submitted a review and it was upheld, there is nothing else he can do. He would have received the ban because he did something to violate the code of conduct,
not just because you reported him.

Anyone how to contact these so called enforcement's sitting behind a keyboard? I got a communication ban just for cussing, but these **** won't do anything to the ones who cheats. I wanna talk to someone instead of hitting a review
button. So if anyone has a direct # to these people I sure would appreciate it.

I KNOW! I received a 14 day suspension from Xbox live for "harassment" two days ago and I hadn't even played that day or two days before that. (July 5th, btw). They literally don't look at any of the crap. AND IM SO ANNOYED. Today is when one of our raid
team members passed away due to cancer and on this day we always throw a memorial in honor of him one Destiny. Now, because of Xbox I can't honor what a great person he was.

Man, when someone swears at you, grow a pair and don't instantly report them. You're not a baby are you? If he's been swearing at you multiple times then sure, go ban that guy, but you shouldn't ban someone for insulting you once. NOT SAYING that you do,
but still. I seiously got a harassment ban for saying: Really f*g? It's been a month now and I still can't play nor talk on xbox live, which is a service I PAY FOR. Don't ruin someones day/week/month because he called you a f*g once, don't be that guy....

Sounds like may be receiving multiple enforcement actions. It takes time to investigate reports, so the violations could have happened anytime.
