    Contact the enforcement team without being banned


    Does anyone know how to contact the XBLPET without being banned (case review). It is kind of ironic you need to do something you are not supposed to in order to speak with them. I know they have a phone number but they never answer. Thanks.

    (Anyone saying "They do not have a phone number" will be reported. The fact is, they do have a phone number. I am 110% sure)

    I need help it said my console was banned(PLEASE READ)

    The XBL enforcement team probably won't read this - you should contact XBL support. The person who signed into your account probably did something very bad to get your account Console Banned - the only other possibility is that you were Console Banned to keep your details secure and that you should contact Microsoft.

    Xbox enforcement team

    well I have officially come to the conclusion that the enforcement team doesn't care about you and doesn't even read the reports that are filed I was just recently banned and while being banned I'm not even able to contact anyone I was banned again for
    harassment threats and abuse while being banned now I can't even go on Xbox live I haven't even contacted anyone or done anything while being banned and I got band while being banned clearly the enforcement team doesn't even read or have any proof or care
    about you at all

    Just because their is a phone number going around that may or may not be for the enforcement team IT is NOT an official way to get ahold of them the ONLY official way to get ahold of them is through the case review process.

    How can I enjoy the games if I'm getting threatened with false reports...

    Oh and I actually contacted enforcement team many times, they NEVER reply or help... I actually feel like I'm being bullied by some person in enforcement team to keep bringing my rep down or making sure no enforcement team knows.... This literally sucks
    I can't even enjoy halo without being threantned with rep lowing by false reports n a ban.... I've been playing Eger since Xbox 360 came out...

    Enforce Team

    The enforcement team does not use the forums and can only be contacted via the case review process on enforcement.xbox.com if the ban is eligible (24hr bans are not). No user is ever banned without reason. Reports are investigated by member of the enforcement
    team and they punish as they see fit.

    In the future please do not use the forums to call out other players.

    Receiving a Xbox console ban and permanant account ban for NO REASON

    But the person that reported us contacted the support team? And before i received a ban from the enforcement i also got in contact with the support team explaining my situation to prevent getting a ban from the enforcement team
