    I've raised a service request / exchange request for my elite series 2 controller (bumper issue).

    Its still well within warranty and I received the automated response telling me I would receive an update within 24 hours, if not, I am to check progress online.

    I have received no further contact and when I check my account, my service request is not acknowledged anywhere on my.

    I am also unable to find any way of making contact with anyone, online chat, telephone, all seem to be out of use.

    Are there any suggestions as to how I can progress this?

    Have you registered your console first and then tried to start the repair request for the controller.

    You can still get your controller repaired, you'll just have to pay for the shipping and servicing. For the exact price you'll need to contact support again though.
