Contact numbers ref Hardware sent for Repair in GERMANY!

I sent an xbox elite controller to Frankfurt Germany for repair.

It was picked up by UPS in the UK on the 11/05/20 and I have confirmation that it was delivered to Germany on the 22/05/20.

The order tracker has never receipted the xbox controller as being received in Germany despite the POD supplied by UPS

It is now the 11/06 and because the returns order is over a month old and has no receipt against the order (of controller being received) it could be closed off any time now.

Who do I contact as im not prepared to let a £165.00 controller go missing without it being replaced.

Is there a UK Repair number that I can chase this up with. I have called Germany but my German aint the best so the automated phone system is impossible to follow.

J’ai envoyé un contrôleur d’élite xbox Francfort allemagne pour la réparation.

Il a été repris par UPS au Royaume-Uni le 11/05/20 et j’ai la confirmation qu’il a été livré l’Allemagne le 22/05/20.

Le tracker de commande n’a jamais reçu le contrôleur xbox comme étant reçu en Allemagne malgré le POD fourni par UPS

Il est maintenant le 11/06 et parce que l’ordre de retour est plus d’un mois et n’a pas de reçu contre l’ordre (de contrôleur reçu) il pourrait être fermé tout moment maintenant.

Qui dois-je contacter comme im pas prêt laisser un contrôleur £ 165.00 disparaître sans qu’il soit remplacé.

Y at-il un numéro de réparation du Royaume-Uni que je peux chasser cela avec. J’ai appelé l’Allemagne, mais mon allemand aint le meilleur de sorte que le système téléphonique automatisé est impossible suivre.

I have exactly the same issue. Did your UPS delivery note say delivered to 'Dock' and Sellanise signed for?

Cant even get hold of UPS to see why it was not delivered to Microsoft as per the label.

On your account you still have the order, on your email you have the ticket. And from 120 days you have a proof on UPS website. With that you can make a case.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have question on a repair. Here is a guide to request a call from support.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----click on Contact us
Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

Yes, exactly as you describe, however, i got the acknowledgement email today from Microsoft. They are working on mine.

Mine was delivered to the Dock and signed by Sellenies on the 28th May.
