For us to further isolate the case, kindly update your billing information/address on the account.microsoft.com > payment and billing > address book.

NOTE: Make sure that your billing information from your card and your account is exactly matched.

Try to use a different browser and device such as a mobile phone, laptop, or Windows PC.

Also, use a different network such as mobile data or different ISPs just in case.

If it still doesn't work, use a different payment method by adding it to account.microsoft.com > payment and billing > payment option.

Hello George's, I purchase on console. In total made around eight purchases. The error that says contact us at microsoft support and that we are having troubles processing your payment.
