I won't and do NOT believe for one second that there is NO contact to ENFORCEMENT.

I won't and do NOT believe for one second that Customer Service is unable to do ANYTHING about these situations.

It's called - putting users off and giving them the run around. It's **** and I'm getting really pissed at the fact that these ENFORCEMENT **** are sitting behind a screen and STEALING thousands of dollars from ME by banning my son and
forfeiting his account!!!

He hasn't been able to file for a REVIEW on any of the 14 day suspensions - and now his account ban!! ****!!

He's going to get BANNED for being in PRIVATE PARTIES with HIS friends from around the neighborhood??? ****!!

Some pansy **** kid wanted to start an argument with him in October and then the little **** reports MY son when his **** is the one who started it!! Yeah - I expect my son to finish what any person starts with him.

I'm supposed to believe there isn't a way for this **** to constantly spam report my son (along with the help of his friends also?? ****!!

That is some thorough investigating, huh??

His first suspension came through 20 minutes after that little **** was done arguing with him. So - I'm supposed to believe it can take weeks or several days for a suspension to come through (after the report)?? ****!!

NOW - since that day - every time his 14 days are up - he's on for about 4-6 days and BOOM there is another 14 day suspension! This has been going on since October! If he is always in a PRIVATE PARTY with his few friends from the neighborhood - answer
these questions -

Is Xbox spying on these kids with their built in mics?? If so - that is a HUGE NO NO!! No one invades my son's privacy. That is what each one of these boys' parents are home for!!

Why is he constantly getting these suspensions??? It isn't his friends turning him in! Two of them are getting them also!

None of these boys are harassing or threatening each other or anyone else. Cussing - well yeah!! So **** what!! It isn't Xbox's concern if they are in a PRIVATE PARTY! Xbox didn't birth or raise my kids (or the other parents' boys)!! They are
in a PRIVATE PARTY with each other and all of them DO it.

I know more adults with these systems than kids these days.

Xbox's TOC most probably do say no profanity - but if they are in a PRIVATE PARTY - they shouldn't do or say a **** thing about it!!!

If the **** in ENFORCEMENT do such a thorough investigation into each report - why is my son not getting a detailed reason OR actual answer to these suspensions?? All he is getting is a general worded message - which seems to be parts taken from the TOC!

There are options available for users now - they need to USE them and quit being such big **** babies and reporting people!

If parents don't want their kids hearing certain things - they need to learn how to use what they give/buy for their kid(s) to use - and use the **** parental controls and SHUT THE **** UP!

If the parents are letting their kids play "M" rated games - they are hearing cussing along with a good bit of nudity!

Guess that would leave the **** in "ENFORCEMENT" with nothing to do though, huh???

I WANT SOME PERSON FROM THIS "SO CALLED" ENFORCEMENT TO GET IN TOUCH WITH ME ASAP!!

IF NOT - SOMETHING HUGE WILL BE HAPPENING!

I REALLY SEE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT THAT IS GOING TO BE HITTING THEM REALLY SOON IF THEY KEEP THIS **** UP!

The best thing Xbox can do is revisit their TOC and revise it - especially since they are adding new filters for multi-players online.

I WANT ANSWERS AND I WANT THEM NOW - WHY IS HIS ACCOUNT NOW BANNED, ALL HIS SUBSCRIPTIONS AND DIGITAL CONTENT (THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS) BEING FORFEITED, AND I WANT TO ACTUALLY SPEAK TO ONE OF THESE **** SITTING BEHIND A KEYBOARD!

THIS IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN.

IT BETTER BE FIXED ASAP ALONG WITH SOMEONE GETTING IN CONTACT WITH ME!

I can understand your frustration but no one from the Enforcement will contact you in any way, you just can connect to the Enforcement site et check your son Enforcement
History to enventually raise a case review.

Unfortunately this is the only way to contact the Enforcement team.
