Fyi if you set your console region to us or uk for English conext that would be why

Fyi when you migrate your account region you must also change your account region appropriately to your new region to download the content

Also it's not recommended you change it back after without using the migration tool as it does cause split billing and issues with downloading future 360 content

For the best experience with xbox live your account region and console region and actual region has to matcb

If you are under 90 since creation of your account there is nothing you can do until 90days

You can also try this for warranty information:

Go to
https://devicesupport.microsoft.com and sign in with your account.

Select your Xbox One console (register that first if not already done so), and then choose that you have trouble with an accessory.

Choose the model of your controller from the drop down menu, and provide the serial number of the controller.

You will then be able to see the warranty information for that controller.
