    Microsoft support services are so bad they beat around the bush and don’t let you get in contact with any real life person you just talk to a virtual person as if it’s gonna help you fix your issue instead of actually talking to someone it’s so bad this
    needs to be fixed immediately because I can’t handle it it makes me want to actually just give up and not play Xbox anymore and that’s bad for them and their company

    Call them back and tell them it's not there, I just checked for you, it offers, Ambassador chat or twitter, or call back etc, no email.

    I am not getting the help I need and no one is available to actually talk. Ben was so helpful he made all the notes in my account and when he tried to transfer me we were disconnected
