Contact And Banning

I have no way to contact Microsoft Xbox support. I don't want some bot. I need a email or something. Time after time, I get banned for standing up to toxic players. I tend to use profanity, but never hate speech. I get fed up with how reporting players for
leaving early or team killing does nothing - yet when I say a simple curse word, I'm the one banned. If the goal of Xbox is to make a safer, fun place for gamers.. They're not doing it. I'm a fellow gamer. All I ever do is speak up about toxic players that
make someone else's experience much worse. If you have a profanity using player in one room and a toxic, team killing, leaving the match early, player in another room - Who's the one at risk? The team killer. I get taken out of a game, by my teammates. Of
course I'm going to react and handle the situation by myself. Knowing in the past, Microsoft does nothing to the actual threat. The game I play, that I receive communication bans on, has profanity in it. Not only that, which words are considered slang or "bad".
Who decides that? And it's not like I hate speech to this person. Or use racial slurs. I simply say (removed - profanity). Only because I'm so passionate about MY gaming experience, and OTHERS down the road who have to experience team killing. I get team killed,
ask why in my own words, then get banned. How do you not expect me to be upset about the situation. Use the same technology you use to look back at our messages, to look back at someone's player history. To see if they leave matches early, or team kill, or
are toxic towards others, and at most, see if they abuse the report system. If you engage in a conversation about why you team killed, knowing your already in the wrong, does not give you the right to report someone for a more minimal crime than your own.
Not only that, but I received a 7 day ban. Ridiculous. And this toxic player just gets to walk away, continuing to play without warnings.. Or at the least, breaking the code of sportsmanship. When the game ( Rainbow Six Siege ) has done so much in their power
to remove toxic teammates that team kill and troll. Although they allow profanity, not hate speech.

Player 1 expresses themselves through words that are deemed "bad" by society.

Player 2 takes others out of a game, by bad behavior.

Player 2's behavior is getting justified by Microsoft for no actions or bans.

Player 1 gets banned for speaking up.

Hi Lynn,

We are truly sorry for the situation. In the future just remember t not respond. Report, ignore, and block them. This will be the best way to prevent you from getting another suspension. As this was answered I will go ahead and lock this thread.

Sorry to hear about that enforcement action. Microsoft support are unable to do anything with an enforcement action. For information about the ban, you would need to go to
Enforcement website. If the suspension is longer than 24 hours you can submit a case review.

Enforcement are the only ones that can help with this issue.Best thing to do in cases like this is report, ignore and block them. Once you replied with the swear you violated the code of conduct and they reported
you for it.

There's also the fact that it doesn't really matter what anyone else did - you're the one who also broke the code of conduct and you've been pinged for it!

No one expects you to put up with toxic behaviour, there are tools at your disposal to allow you to mitigate as much as possible (block, mute, report) but you're always going to come up against some things which are an annoyance. That however doesn't give
you free reign to ignore the rules, for those moments where it is unavoidable (and in a game like R6S that'll happen!) you just need to learn to live with the fact not everyone is going to play according to the spirit of it. I've said it on here before, if
you have to contact people remember the golden rule, if you wouldn't say it to a judge, a priest or your boss, don't say it over Xbox!
