    Hello everyone I see quite a bit of complaints on here regarding Microsoft customer service! I recently sent my son's Xbox One in to be repaired which took two months just to get the right information s. I just received it back today but it was not the
    entire unit I sent the original Xbox with controller and power cord in the sea of Thieves Edition box but what I received back was just the console in a bubble wrap inside of a cardboard box! I have been trying to get ahold of someone at Xbox or Microsoft
    do you find out what happened to the rest of the game but as you can see I'm on here with no success. Microsoft so far has had the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with the phone number does not do you any good the website does not do you any
    good has anyone ever had success contacting Microsoft and speaking to an actual person? Any help would be wonderful. Thank you

    When you send in a console for repair, the instructions do say to only send in the console. Anything else you send is not guaranteed to come back. You can go to http://support.xbox.com/contact-us to
    chat with support or request a call back (click more options under the virtual assistant to bypass the assistant. If you don't see chat or request a call listed, change your topic).

    Sadly they dont ship your console back in the cool retail box, its that bland regular cardboard instead. Had the same thing happen to me unfortunately.
