  1. Constantly signed out, signing back in rarely works


    Almost every time I try to use the Xbox app on Windows 10, I am greeted with a "We were unable to sign you in" error and then I'm immediately asked to sign in again. After this, I sign back in, I get the usual "Lets Play" message, I click it and I'm immediately
    signed back out again with the same "We were unable to sign you in" error.

    This repeats for about 2-3 login attempts before I am finally able to get in.

    Are there any known fixes? I'm using the regular Xbox app, not the beta one (but it also happened on that one too).

    Please try the everything in the following order:
    delete your profile (profile only)
    ,
    clear system cache (3 times) in a row
    , restart your console (important), download your profile again.

    .

    Note: If you can't delete your profile, please turn off your console, remove the storage device, and then plug it back in and start the console.

    .

    See if the above works for you.

    3. If you see any Accounts and Cache folders available make sure that you delete them.

    4. After that relaunch the Xbox app.
