Constantly see error 8027025A

console doesn’t react my actions. Can’t open any apps or games! Game controller is awfully buzzing

Hey The Huckelberry! If you have had the console for a month or less I would suggest returning it to the retailer for a different one. Aside from that, are you able to start the games in offline mode? Additionally, you may want to try a

factory reset to see if it helps resolve the issue. Post back and let me know how it goes!

First try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this.

Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

If that doesn't work try testing with a different controller.
