Regarding your issue, try first to check that you are not added to a Microsoft family as a child, because if so you will not be able to access any of your privacy, only the parent set up as adult account in that family can.

Try also to change your browsers and deices to see if it's an issue with them.

When that happens, it means you're on a child account. Microsoft considers all accounts below 21 years as child accounts and the privacy settings page in inaccessible for them by default.

To change your privacy settings you'll need a parent/adult account. They'll need to add you to their family group as "Member", then go into that page and enable those settings for you.

I'm also unable to edit my xbox settings from the microsoft page, as it redirects me to the support page again.

But that's how I can here. The support pages redirected me on these forums.
