Constantly losing connection to Xbox Live on Xbox One.

Hello all! I've been having an issue recently that's been getting on my nerves a little bit.

I've had no problems up until recently, so I'm not sure what's causing it, but I'll do my best to describe my issue and what I've tried to fix it.

My One console has been losing connection to live for a few days now. It will work for maybe half an hour or so, but then it immediately drops me from whatever game I'm playing and sends me to the dashboard, where it instantly reconnects after kicking me
from my party.

What Country/State/Province do you live in? Irvine California, United State of America

Modem brand & model number: Cisco DPQ3212

Router brand & model number: NETGEAR CG5400BD

How many 360 and One consoles are connected to this router?: 1 360, 1 Xbox One

Wired or wireless (for each console): Wireless

Things you have tried: Soft and hard resetting, signing in and out, and restarting the modems.

Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/no/Unknown: Unknown

Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type? I don't see a NAT error, and my NAT type is open.

Any Error Codes you encounter: None that I have noticed on the dashboard, a few in Destiny such as Weasel.

Who is your ISP?(Internet Service Provider): COX communications



I am also using the Xbox One Preview Dashboard, but I don't think that this could be what's causing this issue.

System constantly losing xbox live connection

Hello, I'm at my wits end about this problem and quite upset considering I'm paying for services that I really feel I'm not getting. Anyway, I have an older white xbox 360 with a black external wireless-n adapter to connect to the internet. My xbox will
initially connect to xbox live when it is turned on, however after a varying amount of time, somewhere between two minutes and around half an hour, it loses the connection and tells me I'm disconnected. As soon as this happens I go to my network settings
screen and test my connection, it connects without a hiccup. Why on Earth is my xbox constantly disconnecting when it says it has a good connection? This seems to be more prevalent with netflix, but that could be because I don't really play too many games
online lately and netflix is primarily the only thing I do on xbox live. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I've tried countless things such as port forwarding, setting my xbox to a static IP address, resetting the modem and router and even adding a
second router as a connection point to see if that would help. Below is the requested information to the best of my knowledge:

Any Error Codes you encounter: None as of now
