Constantly losing connection to Live when playing CoD Advanced Warfare

Ever since I got my Xbox One, and started playing Advanced Warfare after Christmas, I keep getting randomly disconnected from Xbox Live. I can connect again almost instantly, but getting kicked from every game I get in is starting to get very, very irritating.

I have spoken to chat support multiple times now, and have done all the troubleshooting I have been told, and nothing.

I have spoken to activision support, and there is nothing wrong with their servers

I have spoken to my ISP (Virgin Media) and there is nothing wrong with anything.

What is annoying is that I have multiple other devices (mobile, computer) all connected to my internet, but there are no problems with that.

Are there any fixes to this at all? I just want to be able to play without getting disconnected all the time.

I'm connected to Xbox Live, but can't play any games

I keep losing connection to ea servers after one or two games.. I can't get into cod advanced warfare online and if I do it lags out after a few seconds..my friends tab just disappears. All this happens while signed into Xbox live with a perfect network
connection.. Checked multiplayer connection an that's fine yet I can't play games online..what's the story??

 

COD Advanced Warfare will not load on XBox Live

Purchased COD Advanced Warfare today. After logging in to XBox Live and accessing Advanced Warfare it says "READING SAVE DEVICE" and freezes. I am not able to play the game on XBox Live......help.

 

I'm having exactly the same problem but on other games as well. I have contacted both my ISP and Microsoft but none of their solutions have worked. As far as I'm concerned I have been sold a faulty console because I can't play online. I would appreciate
a fix for this, otherwise my Xbox one is going back.

 

Also how is it that pretty much everyone else is able to play without problems?

Is it something to do with the wireless connection? Will get a wired connection work? Or have I got a faulty Xbox One?

 

Same problem with advanced warfare and fifa..also using wireless.

 

Mine is stsrting to randomly disconnect as well. Extremely annoying. I'm wired.

I have tried using a wired connection, and have had no problems what so ever. I would like to say this has been solved, but it is clear that it hasn't due to the others who are having the same problem.

I would like to hear something from someone official?

 

So buying a ethernet wired cord will solve the problem?

 

I restored my xbox one factory default and it actually fixed my problem

 

The xbox360 I have never had a single problem playing any game.. most recent being Cod:Ghosts. I purchased Cod: AW on disk for day zero, Nov 3rd. within a few weeks I started getting all the same "disconnected from xbox live" and "lost connection to Advanced
Warfare servers" and all that. It has an "open" NAT type. I did every fix I was told to do by xbox support, online research, etc, etc... I did all the cache clearing, port forwarding and static IP address and what ever was suggested...It did not work. In fact,
it got to the point where I could not get into the game at all. So I got a new xbox360. This new xbox had no issues to start, but over the New year weekend I started getting a lot of lag/communication issues with my friends. It quickly switched to a "strict"
NAT type. It wasn't running all that bad...just the occasional issue connecting or communicating with certain friends that have "moderate" NAT types. Yesterday I went through the process to switch my NAT type in my new wired xbox360 to show it was "open".
Once it showed an "open" NAT, I felt like it was going to get better. But no. Now I am getting booted off of XBL every 1-2 lobbies... This is beyond frustrating. Now I have 2 xbox360's that are not working properly at all, and it all started with Advanced
Warfare.

I am hoping someone has had this same experience recently and can share some results. I appreciate it.

 

Are you using a virgin superhub 2?

If so according to a thread I saw on the virgin forums there is a problem with the wireless on this router that causes regular disconnections with the xbox one.

I've also had the same problem. I've tried 2 different 360's with wired and wireless internet connections. No luck at all. It keeps saying im not connected. Or it says advanced warfare is not available at this time. I don't know anyone else with this issue.
